Can You buy Products online with a debit card?

I have a CIBC debit card account control. That word does not have Visa or Paypal or anything in it. "I can use my debit card? If so, how?

Suggestions

• Just register a PayPal account and link it to your debit card, you can use your Paypal to buy at almost any website.

• Linking through PayPal is an option ... but as always with care. PayPal can be good, or it may be bad.
