I wonder what is the meaning of "wholesaling" referring to the houses

Wholesaling generally applies to several houses that sell for the same investor. There are subdivisions that give preferences to certain creditors, these lenders are now holding these properties and foreclosures.  

They wholesale properties of a package of cash to investors. We have seen these offers bundled packages as small as three of the property, but some contain 100s of homes.
